Mexi-Can is a wholly owned complex of three principal salar deposits on three mineral concessions covering about 4,056 hectares on the Central Mexican Plateau. Its inferred sediment mineral resource was defined from surface to an average depth of about five metres and remains open laterally and at depth. Historic exploration included mapping, pits, auger, reverse-circulation and diamond drilling, seismic work, mineralogy and leach testing. The issuer resolved litigation concerning Mexico's lithium-law changes in January 2024 and states that its existing concession rights remain intact.
