The Stockpile Properties comprise Moroccan stockpile areas and associated ore, tailings and rock. SilverMark has sequential options to earn 51% and then 75% of the Polymetallic Stock. The associated permitted flotation-gravity facility has an approximately 200-tonne-per-day capacity and can produce lead-zinc-silver concentrates and process copper, barite and antimony ores; a 75% mill interest is subject to separate optional acquisition rights.
