La Joya comprises 15 mineral concessions covering 4,646 hectares approximately 75 kilometres southeast of Durango city. Silver Dollar completed its acquisition in 2023 and owns the property subject to a 2% net smelter return royalty. Its historical estimate and 2013 PEA are not treated as current.
