BacTech plans a modular bioleach facility near Tenguel to treat high-arsenic gold-silver concentrates bought from mines in the Ponce Enriquez district. Its 2022 bankable feasibility update modeled 50 tpd, approximately 30,900 ounces of annual gold production and a 20-year operating case. Major environmental approvals are reported secured, but construction financing has not been completed. Silver Crown holds a royalty on 90% of aggregate silver proceeds, with an 8,750-ounce quarterly minimum after production, and fully impaired the interest in 2025 after delayed milestones.
