Signal Gold Inc. was a Canadian gold developer whose TSX-listed shares were acquired by NexGold Mining Corp. in a court-approved arrangement completed December 13, 2024 and subsequently delisted. Signal became a wholly owned subsidiary, and its flagship Goldboro project is now advanced and reported by NexGold.
