Keliber progressed from construction towards commissioning and operational readiness during H1 2026. Mining at the Syväjärvi mine commenced in February 2026; 217.5kt of ore had been extracted and a 185.5kt stockpile was available at 30 June 2026. Hot commissioning of the concentrator commenced in April 2026, with continuous operating runs of up to 142 hours, and the staged approach prioritises stable mining and concentrator operations before refinery commissioning.
