DRDGOLD's non-managed operations comprise the wholly owned Ergo and Far West Gold Recoveries surface tailings retreatment businesses east and west of Johannesburg. Sibanye-Stillwater owns 50.10% of DRDGOLD. At 31 December 2025, the 100%-basis inventory comprised 6.62Moz of Mineral Resources inclusive of 5.73Moz of Mineral Reserves. Reported operating lives extend to 2043 for Ergo and 2045 for FWGR. Expansion work includes restoring deposition at Daggafontein, expanding the FWGR DP2 plant to 1.2Mt per month, constructing the regional tailings storage facility and associated pipelines, and advancing authorisation of the Withok facility.
