Shefa Gems Ltd is an Israeli-incorporated, LSE-listed cash shell with no current mining operations or mineral projects. In 2021 it transferred all gemstone exploration assets, permits, equipment and operating activity to the separate private company Shefa in Israel (G.M.) Ltd for distribution to the listed issuer's then-existing shareholders. The listed shell said it intended to seek a web-technology or software acquisition, but no later substantive issuer update or completed acquisition was found; its ordinary shares have been suspended from the Official List since 2 May 2023.
