Shanta Gold is an East Africa-focused gold producer with the New Luika and Singida mines in Tanzania and the West Kenya Gold Project in Kenya. Saturn Resources acquired the company through a scheme of arrangement that became effective on 10 May 2024, and the AIM admission was cancelled on 13 May 2024.
