Peñas Negras is Sendero's sole current mineral project in the Vicuña District of La Rioja. The contiguous 211.7 square kilometre land package combines 120 square kilometres held through wholly owned Barton S.A.S. with eight EMSE claims totaling 91.7 square kilometres that Sendero can earn to 100%. Historical and Sendero drilling has identified copper, gold and silver mineralization, and the August 2026 reconnaissance program confirmed a leached cap, pathfinder geochemistry and structural vectors that will guide follow-up drilling.
