Scandium Canada Ltd., formerly Imperial Mining Group Ltd., is a Canadian critical-minerals developer advancing the wholly owned Crater Lake scandium and rare-earth project in Nunavik while commercializing aluminum-scandium alloys through Scalium+. Crater Lake has a current April 2025 mineral resource, a 2022 PEA and a pre-feasibility study in progress, supported by 2026 drilling, environmental work and federal funding. The company has traded on the TSX Venture Exchange as SCD since February 2024.
