The approximately 835-square-kilometre district contains the Samapleu Main, Extension and Grata sulphide deposits, the Sipilou Sud laterite resource and regional prospects including Yepleu, Mossikro and Zoupleu. The 2024 PEA evaluates open-pit mining of three sulphide deposits and direct shipment of Sipilou Sud laterite.
