Sage Plain is an 85,590-acre district-scale land package in San Juan County containing Utah state and private mineral leases plus federal prospecting-permit applications. Its current resource covers the Upper and Lower Cycle 18 beds around Johnson 1, and the 2025 PEA evaluates solution mining with brine recovery through mechanical evaporation, crystallization and drying. Peterson 1, about 1.2 kilometres north of Johnson 1, intersected both target beds in August 2026 and its core is undergoing laboratory analysis.
