Safi no longer owns or operates the Kombat Mine after its December 2025 sale. It retains a 1% copper net smelter return royalty payable above US$4.00 per pound for up to 20 quarters once the mine achieves 1,000 tonnes of copper metal production in each of two consecutive months, together with fixed receivables and contingent production payments.
