Sabre Gold Mines Corp. was a Canadian gold developer whose primary asset was the permitted Copperstone project in Arizona. Minera Alamos completed its acquisition of Sabre in February 2025, after which Sabre became a wholly owned subsidiary and its historical SGLD shares were delisted. The successor, now Mining Americas Inc., approved construction at Copperstone in May 2026.
