Nachu is Ryzon's 100%-owned, large-scale natural-flake graphite development near Ruangwa. The September 2022 bankable feasibility study defines open-pit mining and flotation at an average steady-state 236,000 tonnes per year over 15.5 years. Ryzon continues ordinary-course engineering while a definitive agreement for Sow Good Inc. to acquire the project awaits shareholder, competition and mining approvals.
