Rush Rare Metals Corp. is a Canadian mineral explorer with a 25% joint-venture interest in the Copper Mountain uranium project in Wyoming and a 100% interest in the Boxi niobium-uranium-REE property in Quebec through its wholly owned Spinco subsidiary. Myriad Uranium, which owns the other 75% of Copper Mountain, has agreed to acquire Rush under a pending plan of arrangement; Boxi Spinco shares are to be distributed separately to Rush holders if the transaction closes.
