Rugby Resources Ltd. was a copper, gold and silver explorer acquired by Pampa Metals Corporation on July 25, 2025. Rugby's TSX Venture shares were delisted after the arrangement; the acquired estate contributed an 80% Cobrasco interest and the Mantau project to the Pampa group, while selected interests were transferred to Aegis Resources.
