Rogue consists of 10 mining claims covering about 250 hectares on the Baie Verte Peninsula. RT Minerals acquired the company holding the underlying claim rights under a bare trust arrangement in January 2025. The acquisition accounting assigned C$667,500 to the exploration asset, including a C$300,000 payable arising from the subsidiary's historic property purchase.
