Roland Mineral Enterprises Corp., formerly Empire Metals Corp., is a Canadian explorer with platinum-group-metal and gold properties in Ontario, a lithium-brine interest in Alberta and an option over the Dominion Creek gold claims in Yukon. Its principal capitalized assets are Buck Lake and Gwyn Lake; Fox Creek is impaired but retained, Dominion Creek is subject to an earn-in, and the current issuer website also presents the legacy Graphite West option. Roland has launched mineral-rights acquisition initiatives in Venezuela and Costa Rica but has not disclosed ownership of projects in either country.
