Rockridge Resources Ltd. was a Canadian copper-and-gold explorer whose actual public codes were TSXV:ROCK and OTCQB:RRRLF. It held the Knife Lake copper project in Saskatchewan and the Raney gold project in Ontario before Eros Resources Corp. acquired all Rockridge shares on January 24, 2025. Rockridge became a wholly owned subsidiary and its public shares were delisted; the active successor group later became Trident Resources Corp.
