RJK acquired the non-hydrocarbon mineral rights over six contiguous staked claim blocks totalling approximately 2,650 hectares from Record Resources in June 2026. RJK can obtain a 100% interest subject to underlying 2% vendor NSR and GOOR royalties, a 1% diamond GOOR to Record, one remaining C$23,000 cash payment in February 2027 and claim work obligations. Record retains all hydrogen and hydrocarbon rights.
