Rhyolite Resources Ltd. was a Canadian royalty-stage venture company acquired by Gold Hart Copper Corp. under a statutory arrangement effective June 29, 2026. Before the acquisition, Rhyolite held no active mineral project and retained only a royalty equal to 10% of gross revenue from use of the Muckahi Mining System, capped at cumulative receipts of C$10 million. RYE shares were delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the close of business on July 3, 2026.
