Reyna Silver Corp. was a Canadian-listed explorer focused on high-grade silver, gold and polymetallic systems in Mexico and Nevada. Its portfolio included the Guigui and Batopilas properties in Chihuahua and options over Gryphon Summit and Medicine Springs in Nevada. Torex Gold Resources Inc. acquired all outstanding Reyna Silver shares on August 20, 2025 for C$0.13 per share, after which RSLV was delisted and its exploration portfolio became part of Torex.
