Reyna Gold Corp. is a delisted Canadian exploration subsidiary holding a dormant portfolio of four early-stage gold properties in Mexico: La Gloria, El Durazno, La Centella and Don Porfirio. Reyna Silver acquired every REYG share on October 30, 2024 and Reyna Gold ceased to be a reporting issuer the following month. Torex Gold acquired Reyna Silver in August 2025, making Reyna Gold an indirect wholly owned Torex subsidiary. Reyna Gold's former Gryphon Summit option interest was assigned to Reyna Silver at the 2024 closing and is not a current Reyna Gold project.
