The wholly owned EPL 6762 covers 3,474 hectares on Eureka and Sukses farms beside Namibia's B1 highway. It hosts the maiden inferred rare-earth resource in Zone 1 and multiple carbonatite targets across a roughly 13-by-6-kilometre dome. Early gravity and magnetic separation produced a monazite concentrate grading about 59-60% TREO, but no economic study or reserve exists.
