Ngulu is a 1,214 square kilometre shallow-water block offshore central Gabon containing the 1976 Loba oil discovery and more than 28 prospects mapped on legacy seismic. Record has a 20% working interest and is fully carried by operator Reconnaissance Energy Africa Ltd. through the initial four-year commitments, including seismic reprocessing and one well drilled to total depth.
