Prophet River is a 100%-owned 2,110-hectare gallium-germanium exploration project in northeastern British Columbia. Modern rock-chip sampling returned values up to 763 g/t germanium and 65.5 g/t gallium, while IP and AMT surveys defined five priority anomalies; the project has no current Mineral Resource. A five-year Mines Act permit covering up to 50 drill pads and 25 helicopter pads was granted in June 2026. Rapid scheduled mobilisation for late July and a 2,000-3,000 metre maiden drilling program for Q3 2026.
