East Kundana is an operating Western Australian gold joint venture managed by Evolution Mining (51%), with Tribune Resources holding 36.75% and Rand Mining 12.25%. For the Raleigh deposit tenements M15/993 and M16/309, Evolution holds 50%, Tribune 37.5% and Rand 12.5%. The 100%-project JORC 2012 Mineral Resource effective 31 December 2025 is 14.60 million tonnes at 3.42 g/t gold for 1.61 million ounces, inclusive of Ore Reserves. Ore Reserves are 5.09 million tonnes at 3.28 g/t gold for 0.54 million ounces, all Probable following the restriction in classification due to underground cost uncertainty. RHP and Raleigh are active underground mines, and recent open-pit mining has focused on Hornet; ore is delivered to the Mungari processing plant. EKJV Ore Reserves are interdependent with Evolution's Mungari operations and would vary if assessed individually. State and third-party royalties vary by deposit and are included in financial modelling. Underground reserves face seismic risk that increases with depth; high-risk areas have been excluded where appropriate. Productivity losses related to seismicity and infrastructure have increased unit costs. At the reserve price, the estimate remains economic under the reported sensitivity assumptions except a 20% increase in both open-pit and underground mining costs.
