The Sandspit Gold Project consists of five mineral claims totalling 398.66 hectares immediately south of Sandspit on Haida Gwaii. Under the February 28, 2025 agreement, Ranchero can earn 100% by paying Homegold Resources Ltd. C$6,000 on signing, C$6,000 by the first anniversary and C$100,000 by the second anniversary. After exercise, Homegold receives a 3% NSR, half of which Ranchero may repurchase for C$1.5 million.
