Radius sold Tlacolula to Fortuna in 2017 and retained a 2% NSR. JRC acquired the San José properties, including Tlacolula, in April 2025 and assumed the royalty obligations under a guarantee agreement. The owner may purchase half of Radius's royalty for US$1.5 million.
