Radius can earn 100% of the 1,870-hectare Tierra Roja property through US$5 million of staged cash payments over five years beginning when drill permits are issued. Two adjoining Hidekel concessions add about 1,800 hectares under separate options requiring US$165,000 per concession; the Hidekel owner retains a 5% NSR on each concession, purchasable in 1% increments for US$1 million.
