Payments range from US$100 to US$250 per ounce until US$10 million has been paid, then US$25 to US$50 per ounce after cumulative production exceeds 100,000 ounces. Production has been suspended by Guatemala's Supreme Court since 2016; a C$784,180 unpaid royalty receivable is fully provided against.
