Jonco comprises seven concessions covering 3,830 hectares. Radius can earn 100% over five years from receipt of drill permits through US$4.15 million of staged cash payments, US$7 million of exploration spending and 250,000 shares. The vendor retains a 2% NSR, reducible by 0.5% for US$1 million, and two concessions carry an existing 1.25% Buenaventura NSR.
