Quantum Lithium Corp. was a former legal name of British Columbia company 0923291, which was incorporated as Jupiter Management Ltd. in October 2011, adopted the Quantum Lithium name in July 2014 and changed its name to Scarlet Gold Corp. in August 2016. The owned pipeline shard assigns QLI on the CSE, but no current or historical CSE listing under that symbol was located. A February 2020 British Columbia registry notice listed the later-named entity as subject to possible dissolution; no operating assets, standalone financials or reporting-issuer disclosure can be supported.
