Irgon is QMC's wholly held flagship exploration property in southeast Manitoba. The audited August 2025 statements describe 20 claims covering 10,556 acres, highway access, nearby power and rail, and a 2% royalty held by a director. Historical mine development and a 1956 estimate are not current mineral resources under NI 43-101.
