Quartz Mountain is a staged open-pit gold-silver development project in the Fremont-Winema National Forest of Lake County, Oregon. The February 2026 resource comprises the Crone Hill and Quartz Butte deposits; the adjoining Angel's Camp property remains outside the resource estimate. The April 2026 PEA processes approximately 32% oxide material through crushing and heap leaching before transitioning to milling and flotation of the underlying sulphide material, which represents approximately 68% of planned feed. Quartz Mountain Gold Ltd. holds the right to earn a 100% interest in the Quartz Mountain property and currently holds a 50% interest, with an option for the remaining 50%, in Angel's Camp, subject to feasibility, permitting and payment conditions involving Seabridge Gold Inc.
