Mandiri is a 2,032-hectare alluvial mineral-sands concession that produced premium zircon and titanium-mineral by-products from 2015. Its IUP licence expired on 31 August 2025 and PYX postponed renewal amid the changed Indonesian work-plan regime, so the formerly producing operation is classified as Care & Maintenance.
