Lily Rock comprises five private-land lease agreements covering approximately 829.20 gross acres in Kansas and held through wholly owned PureWave Colorado LLC. The leases permit prospecting, exploration, drilling and production of substances including hydrogen; work remains at geological mapping, geochemistry, geophysics and target-generation stage.
