Williams Brook comprises the Williams Brook, Jonpol and Portage properties and covers 40,225 hectares. Puma owns the project subject to an option under which KG Exploration (Canada) Inc., a Kinross Gold subsidiary, can earn 65% by funding at least C$16.75 million of exploration from 2025 through 2030.
