W2 covers 22,762 hectares near the Ring of Fire. PTX owns 353 claims through Endurance Elements and can earn 100% of 52 additional claims; seven mineralized zones occur in a folded corridor. The historical Lavoie Lake estimate and the 59-135 Mt conceptual exploration target are not current mineral resources and are excluded from structured estimates. Following completion of the Green Canada Uranium transaction, PTX identifies W2 and its South Timmins gold assets as its core Ontario portfolio, while retaining significant exposure to the separately listed GCUC through its shareholding and reducing associated non-core uranium costs.
