TooGood is an approximately 11,649.6-hectare New World Island gold project with road and coastal access. Prospector had granted 1484428 B.C. Ltd., subsequently identified as TooGood Gold Corp., an option to earn 100%; the project's mineral titles and permits, option-related rights and 5,367,000 TooGood Gold Corp. shares were transferred to Lightning Resource Corp. in the non-Yukon asset transaction completed on September 2, 2026.
