Wicheeda North is a 2,138-hectare hydrogen and rare-earth exploration project in the Cariboo Mining District. Primary Hydrogen holds an 18-month option from Power One Resources Corp. to earn 75% through C$50,000 cash, staged shares and warrants, and C$1.5 million of exploration expenditures; none of the 75% interest is treated as earned until the option is completed.
