Precipitate Gold Corp. is a Canadian explorer holding 100% interests in the Juan de Herrera, Pueblo Grande and Ponton gold-copper properties in the Dominican Republic, subject to underlying royalties and contingent commitments. Juan de Herrera is the current flagship and contains multiple geochemical and geophysical targets in the Tireo Gold Trend. Pueblo Grande surrounds portions of Barrick and Newmont's Pueblo Viejo mine but its 2026 drilling did not intersect economically significant mineralization. Ponton is under reduced exploration attention. None of the three projects has a current compliant Mineral Resource.
