Laroque Lake comprises 1,820 hectares in Saskatchewan's northeast Athabasca Basin, directly northwest of IsoEnergy's Larocque East project and adjacent to the four-season Athabasca Seasonal Road. POWR holds an option to acquire 100%, subject to staged cash, share and expenditure commitments; a 1% NSR would be granted on exercise and can be repurchased for C$1 million.
