Nisk encompasses Power Metallic's 80%-owned original project core, in which Critical Elements Lithium Corp. retains a 20% interest, and surrounding claims wholly owned by Power Metallic in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay region. The NI 43-101 mineral resource estimate effective June 19, 2026, announced September 8 and incorporating drilling completed through April 19, includes an updated Nisk Main resource and the maiden Lion resource, each with open-pit and underground Indicated and Inferred components. Lion, Tiger, Nisk East and regional targets remain under drilling and geophysical exploration across an issuer-reported land position of approximately 330 square kilometres. Engineering proposals for a PEA integrating Lion and Nisk are being assessed; no economic study has been completed.
