Power Metal retains 100 percent ownership pending exercise of Tuscan's option; if exercised, it would retain a 25 percent free-carried interest in the Cherished Hope licence and 100 percent of the other licences. Drilling has returned bonanza-grade one-metre gold intercepts, but no compliant resource or economic study exists.
