Black Swan comprises the historic open pit and underground nickel mines, a 2.2 Mtpa concentrator, stockpiles and tailings. A 2022 restart BFS was deferred in 2023, and the final Poseidon quarter also advanced early-stage gold targets around the existing infrastructure.
