PNX Metals Limited was an Australian gold, base-metals and uranium developer whose final standalone portfolio comprised the Fountain Head and Hayes Creek developments, Glencoe, Mt Porter, Thunderball and the broader Burnside exploration tenure in the Northern Territory. Patronus Resources Limited acquired all PNX shares on 11 September 2024, after which PNX became a wholly owned subsidiary and was removed from the ASX Official List.
