Abbotts North is a gold exploration project in the Abbotts Greenstone Belt. Rochefort has completed a five-hole, 1,020 m reconnaissance RC program, with follow-up targets to the northwest and at depth. Airborne magnetic data and historical mapping support a revised syncline interpretation along the eastern belt margin, with an additional corridor cutting the northern fold and hinge and interpreted fractionated dolerite intrusions. The interpreted trend extends for over 8 km on the eastern limb and over 6 km on the western limb within PLC tenure. Detailed interpretation, reconnaissance and mapping are planned to refine regional targets and select soil sampling or aircore testing; regional aircore Programs of Work approvals have been received and planning is underway. These targets are conceptual, with insufficient exploration to define a Mineral Resource and uncertain eventual resource definition. Nearby mineralisation and geological similarities do not establish mineralisation or exploration success on PLC tenure.
